The Voice

Have you guys heard of BiH the voice? It’s a singing competition held for all the students in DMIT (Digital media and information technology), CASS (communication arts and social science) and SB (Business school). 

I was kind of expecting a lot of audience there but there as many people as I thought there would be! Oh well, I went there to support DMIT’s finalist Qistina (singles) and JJ&Tiffany (duets)! I think everyone did great that day! 

The finals started off by performances from Haikal and two other girls! THEY ARE REALLY REALLY GOOD! They sang “We are young” during their performances! AWESOMEEEE SIA!

I really enjoyed the performance put up by Qistina! :D So charismatic and I sang along! She performed “big girls don’t cry”  but she didn’t manage to get into the top three! It was a pity! I thought she really did great that day! Everybody loves her smile :) !!! 

The performance put up by JJ and Tiffany is awesome as well!! They got 2^nd! WAY TO GO GUYS! :D It was really nice! Tiffany made a special appearance by walking up the stage from the audience seat, it really surprised everyone!  HER VOICE IS REALLY NICEEEEEE watch her cover of “she will be loved” - http://www.youtube.com/user/TiffyBoogaloo it’s damn nice! 

Hehe the winner of the voice is a girl from SB! OMG she’s so charming when she sing! She belongs to the stage! Hahaha, I think she and her guitarist is quite scandalous! The audiences kept disturbing them on stage! HAHAHA! I think they look cute together! 

Then there’s this guy from CASS performing solo, singing Michael Buble’s song! He is damn humorous when answering the judges’ questions! Hahaha, he got 1^st runner up!

We also have refreshments during the finals; there were buffet and FREE FLOW BANDUNG! DAMN NICE! The drinks are not diluted at all! There are awesome freebies inside the goodie bags, like deodorant and facial wash sample from ginvera! Gna try it and see whether it’s good! J There are magazine as well … but it’s April’s issue… seriously they should give us the latest issue! The finals ended off with lucky draw and there’s an epic moment when this girl couldn’t find her ticket! HAHAHAHAHA! OH THAT’S SO FUNNY! “I can’t find my ticket! Wait wait!!” she shouted while ransacking her bag! 

It was a fun day! Hope there are more of this events in school for me to take part, maybe they should have a filming competition! WOAH that would be cool!

Fire @ SP FoodCourt 4

and the 3 babies happen to witness it while walking to our lecture.

when we were on the hill top we could already smell something burning.

see how big the fire was. all those smoke.

After a while a cleaner tried to keep the fire down using a small water hose

while waiting for the firemen to come to the rescue.

and the fire became slightly smaller.

actually they sent a big fire engine but sp carpark has the height barrier of 3metre.

thats why the big fire engine was stuck and we have to wait for the small fire engine.

quite cool. it's a rare chance to see your foodcourt burning and firemen coming to the rescue.

but we were late for our lecture. and anyway our foodcourt for is now closed for the day
wonder how long they gna close it down. till then~

Babehz @ nex!

Today we went to do our eyebrows at Nex for $5 on the 4th floor at D'amour Beauty. We were seated on a big armchair and it was rather comfy. Then the eyebrow stylist will put a piece of Velcro on your hair to hold it in place so she can style your eyebrows nicely. The eyebrow stylist is rather professional, she puts on a mask while trimming our brows. When she pluck out some of the eyebrows it feels a little painful but the pain is impermanant. We did the eyebrow trimming for $5 as it was done shaved. Plucking or threading will cost $10.

This is the outcome of the eyebrow trimming. It is trimmed nicely and no 杂草。The eyebrow stylist will trim , shape it according to your original eyebrow shape and eyes. Overall its quite worth it and rating will be about 3.5/5?

 Yvonne bought durian pancake for $1.80. The pictures above is their durian cake and durian puffs. The store is called Four Seasons Durians and the durians are D24!!! Quality durians!

 After that we went to SkyGarden at the top floor of Nex. To those who have not been to SkyGarden at Nex, or ever visited Nex, SkyGarden is a good place to LEPAK(Slack)!!!

 This is our photographer Vionna, she's kinda EMO today coz her weight has increased!!! This is another photo of SkyGarden. As you can see there is a lot of veges, so whoever is vegetarian can consume their meal there! There are actually many long benches and wooden floors to let us sit down, but Yvonne's iPhone no more batt :\.

Shall end with a picture of Yvonne and Vionna! We look kinda short here due to the editing of the photo. The effect is kinda special and cool. what do you guys think? :D

Food Court 6 Dessertz

"EAT ME NOW"

This is a piece of CHESSECAKE from Food Court 6 (FC6) at Singapore Polytechnic. It is retailed at $2.50 and we would consider it to be not bad/quite nice considering that it is from FC6. It it creamy and the crumbs below really compliments it well. When Vionna and I tasted it we was like 'OMG damn nice'. Okay over reacted but still its not very expensive compared to cheese cake sold outside. Food Court 6 usually sells kopitiam food, like Chan's (delicious) Chicken rice, prawn mee soup, Japanese cuisine and many more. So go down to Food Court 6 to grab yours now!

"TEMPTASHIONS.."

This is Chocolate Eclair sold at Food Court 6 (FC6) in Singapore Polytechnic. It is retailed at $1.30 for 3 small pieces. You may think that 'huh the photo got 2 only leh'. This is because Vionna(buibui) ate one already. Such a fata**. Inside the Chocolate Eclairs there is cold chocolate cream. It tastes like any other Chocolate Eclairs just that the chocolate coating melts fast. Recommended for CHOCOLATE LOVERz :) Overall it is quite a good deal because it is only at $1.30!

Hobby: Sleeping, playing with her tablet, going out with her baby Gary(boyfriend), shopping, watch spongebob

Baby Shan loves to read books, she can read her books for almost the whole day. She has a witty mind, but sometimes like to be SA(smart aleck). hahahhaa. Shan has two personalities, she can be super cute and also super fierce. She hopes to open a shop selling photos of baby snails by the age of 23.

Hobby: Sleeping, shopping, being childish, gym, Lion Dancing, eating, finding her Mr.J once a week.

Her main goal everyday is to eat delicious food from Singapore Polytechnic, and grow fatter day by day. She hopes that someday she will become the fattest girl in SP.

Yvonne loves to take photos of different things in the world especially cats and kittens but towards close friends around her, she never fails to take funny and unglam photos of them. After that, she will go to a corner and laugh at the photos loudly for a few hours.
